When you request a visibility report or contact us, we collect what you give us: your business name, postcode and email address. That's what we need to research your visibility and reply. Nothing more is gathered from the forms.
We use it to prepare the report you asked for and to correspond with you about it. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. If you ask us to delete what we hold, we will. Email wes@seenandsought.com.
Visibility reports are built from publicly available information: search results, map listings, your published website. Researching it requires no access to your accounts.
If analytics run on this site, they measure page visits in aggregate so we can see what's read. No analytics data is used to identify you personally.
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email wes@seenandsought.com and we'll sort it. No forms, no fuss.
